Within the recommended listings a number of authors and texts listed include aspects of teaching we consider to be inconsistent with our understanding of scripture. Our hope in listing these under recommended readings that such inconsistencies are confined to secondary or non essential areas. An example of this being many neo evangelical writers who we list especially in the area of apologetics.One of the greatest needs in the church is to raise the awareness of all Christians young and old as to the value and breadth of Christian literature available. Our aim is to inform and help other Christians choose the most appropriate literature.We aim to be an encourager to the faithful in Christ and vigilant in maintaining a Biblical stand against heresy and false teaching in all its forms.In addition our price structure will not undermine the witness of other booksellers. It is very easy to adopt competitive pricing over other retailers and to sell certain lines of stock at cost. This does not help the witness of other bookshops who may be struggling to keep going.
